At Lakeview Wine Cellars all of our premium varities are fermented in Pennsylvania white oak barrels.  The wood has been aged for 3 years, is water bent and medium toasted over an oak fire. 
We are a small boutique winery specializing in oak aged wines.  We can also hold private functions for up to 50 people.  Contact us for details.

Our wines include:

Niagara: Sweet  fruity white.  Tastes like the grape without the skin.

Concord: Sweet and fruity reminiscent of the grapes this  area is world famous for.

Red Sky: A delightfull blend of Concord and Niagara. Fruity and fun! "Red Sky at night sailors delight"

Sunset Blush: Our version of the famous blush wines. This wine has a sweet nose with a semi-dry finish.

Reisling: Has notes of peach and apricot and finishes with  citrus flavors. Semi dry white wine.

Dry Riesling: Lots of fruit up front with a clean citrus finish. Locally grown by Rassie Farms.

Seyval Blanc: Semi dry white wine . Smooth crisp easy to drink, nice on a hot summer day.

Vintners Reserve Chardonnay 2007: Fermented in Pa oak, has smooth creamy, buttery taste with a smooth finish.

Chambourcin: Locally grown and fermented in PA oak. Goes great with veal, pasta.

Vintners Reserve Cabernet Franc 2007: Locally grown (Rassie Vineyards) Fermented in Pa oak and allowed to set on the lees for 13 months. Very bold and earthy dry red wine, with well balanced oak .

Vintners Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2007: Locally grown ( Mobilia Farms) Fermented in Pa oak. Great with a filet or prime rib. Has very nice oak and is well balanced with good tannins and structure. Will be better with age, but is drinkable now.

Proprietors Reserve 2007: A blend of 50%Cabernet Franc and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon: Fermented and aged for 13 months in Pennsylvania Oak barrels and 13 months in the bottle. A well  balanced blend of these grapes. Very smooth and flavourful dry red.
